WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, which allows for high-quality, detailed designs with a soft feel that won’t crack or peel over time.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

At Neon Theory, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of purchase, provided it's in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally, orders take between 2-10 business days to arrive within the US and 7-21 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on the progress of your package.
